CNC Jig Grinding

We have developed a jig grinding head that allows for greater travel between locations with out a setup change. Wile most jig grinders will only move .050 - .200 without a major change, our custom built head makes it possible to grind a 2.0000" diameter hole, move to another location and grind a 5.0000" diameter hole without changing a thing.

Our unique design allows this head to be used in a variety of applications. Hy-Tech Machining can fit this head to existing equipment immediately increasing the machines run time flexibility.
